Where AI actually fits your business

AI integration services that start with your processes, not with a tool.

Executive work. Customer support. International growth. Most companies do not need more AI tools — they need to know which of these to point one at, and where it will actually pay off.

You do not need a shortlist before you talk to us. That is the first thing we do, inside the systems you already run.

01 / Fit

Is this your week?

If none of these happen at your company, you probably do not need us yet.

You ask for a number. Two people and three systems answer.

Revenue by segment. This month's refunds compared to past. What competitor changed. The data exists — in analytics, in billing, in the helpdesk. Assembling it costs someone an afternoon, every time you ask.

Impatience You have a decision to make, and the numbers are not there yet.

A customer asks for an upgrade. Support rebuilds the story by hand.

The purchase is in billing. The previous tickets are in the helpdesk. The answer is in the documentation. Your team opens all three before it can write one reply.

Frustration The customer already told you. Now they tell you again.

You update the English page. Six markets quietly go stale.

Nobody notices the localized versions are out of date until a customer complains or the rankings drop. There is no list of what changed and no order of what to fix first.

Disappointment You hear about it from a customer, not from a report.
02 / Directions

Three possible directions of AI automation

All three are built as custom AI agents that work inside the systems you already run. Different users, different data, different permissions — three separate agents, not three parts of one. Each has its own page with the tasks it covers and how implementation runs.

Direction 01

Private AI Partner for Executives

A private AI agent · one user

TomorrowEvery morning, your AI agent has the numbers already assembled. You spend the meeting deciding instead of collecting.

  • Ask your AI agent in plain language, get the answer fast
  • Walk into every meeting with the context already attached
  • Commitments and follow-ups that stop evaporating
Direction 02

AI Customer Support & Revenue

AI agents · with human handoff

TomorrowYour team opens a request and the whole story is already there. The customer never has to explain twice.

  • Answer in minutes, not after three tabs of digging
  • Never ask a customer for something you already know
  • Catch upgrades and renewals while they are still live
Direction 03

AI Localization & Growth Operations

AI agents · with your glossary

TomorrowYou change the source page and see the same day which markets it touches — and which one to fix first.

  • Know what went stale before a customer tells you
  • Put effort into the markets that actually pay back
  • Rank on what people search there, not on a translation
03 / Method

The 28 questions we ask before proposing anything

No proposal, no pilot, no estimate until these are answered — that is where our AI implementation services begin. Read them as a self-check: every time your answer is “I don't know” or “that takes a while”, you have found a process worth looking at.

Each group points to the service that covers it.

Group A

Where you already are with AI

  • 02Which of them genuinely save time or improve the result?
  • 03Which AI experiments did not work out — and do you know why?
  • 04Which tasks are still done by hand, even though AI is formally in use for them?
Group B

Your own working day

  • 12Can you connect acquisition source, landing page, trial, purchase, renewal, refund and support contact for one customer?
  • 13Which data must never leave your infrastructure or reach an external AI provider?
  • 14Which actions must always require a person to confirm them?
Group D

  • 18How long does it take to assemble one customer's full history?
  • 19Which operations can support complete alone, and which need approval?
  • 20Where does your team believe upgrades, renewals or cross-sell are being lost?
  • 21Which requests most often end in a refund or an abandoned purchase?
Group E

Localization and international growth

AI Localization & Growth Operations →
  • 22Which countries and languages are priorities right now?
  • 23On what basis do you decide to localize a new page or article?
  • 24For each country, can you see the path from organic traffic to trial, purchase and renewal?
  • 25How do you currently notice that a localized page went stale after the source changed?
  • 26Who checks the language and product accuracy of a localization?
  • 27Which localized sections already produce a measurable result, and which are maintained without any clear evaluation?
  • 28Are there countries where the product already sells, but the site, content or store listing barely develop?

Answering these usually tells you whether a process is worth automating — before you spend anything with us. We will send the full list as a working document you can fill in with your team.

04 / Who

Who you would be working with — your AI automation company

digital(R)evolution has been running since October 2016. For most of that time our work has been international SEO, content operations and connecting marketing data to business results — for IT, SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare and travel companies.

Over the last two years we have put that same attention into AI. First on our own internal processes, then implementing AI business process automation for several clients. That order matters: we ran these systems on ourselves before proposing them to anyone.

AI moves fast, and experience that was relevant a year ago often is not relevant now. That is exactly why we start with your process instead of with a solution we already happen to own — and why we would rather help you get real value out of what is possible right now than sell you last year's architecture.

Bring one process. We will tell you if AI belongs in it.

Describe where time, information or opportunities are being lost. The first job is to work out whether automation is the right answer at all — and you get that answer whether or not you hire us.
